Wow wow wow has it been a WHILE since we made a guest appearance in your inbox! We’ve hardly been able to catch our breath this summer in between events, which has been beyond amazing but also, like… event season: 1, us: 0 😵💫 🫠

alaskan adventures
Now, let’s take a quick trip down memory lane... or should we say, up north? Earlier this summer, we packed our bags and headed to ~~~the last frontier~~~ aka ALASKA!!! Between the rugged landscapes, the endless daylight, and the incredible food—we're still buzzing from all the magic that went down. This was such a bucket list trip for us, and we are beyond grateful we that were able to spend 2+ weeks bopping around the state (including all the way over to Banff National Park!) with our friends Forged from the Wild.




We went fishing on the Russian River, made ceviche with freshly caught salmon, toured a glacier on a helicopter (!!!), and hiked to an alpine lake and off-grid tea house, to name just a few core memories that we made. To cap it all off, we filmed the last episode of our 'wyld eats’ series with Gerber Gear! It’s so bittersweet to be coming to the end of this series, but we’ve had an absolute ball filming over the past few months.
Stay tuned for this last episode dropping September 12th; it might be our favorite one, yet! And yes we’ve said that for basically every episode but that doesn’t make it any less true!! In the meantime, check out our latest episode were we throw it back to our time in Baja with some fried fish tacos!

We’ve kinda been in our fish era the past couple months…and we’re into it. Salmon, trout, tinned fish— you name it, we’ve caught it, cooked it, ate it 🎣
The Crested Butte Wine + Food Festival invited us to cook for a few of their events a few weekends ago, and it was amazing. Lots of eggs were involved. See below ⬇️

Our Alaska trip might’ve spoiled us a bit, but we’re already dreaming about our next big adventure. Maybe someplace…across the pond? I mean idk but we are MANIFESTING ITALY because, why not. If anyone has any special recs, connections, places to stay, EAT, please share 👀




It seems like just yesterday we were kicking off the start of the summer season, and now here we are, with autumn nearly knocking at the door. Yeah, we’re a little bit in denial about it, but also, we can’t complain—fall is one of our favorite times to gather round the fire and share a meal 🍁 stay tuned, y’all, more good times are ahead!
